These Terms govern your use of the toblue website, early-access list, and related career exploration services operated by Trissino Inc.
1. About toblue
toblue is an early-stage career exploration service operated by Trissino Inc. It is designed to help adults explore skilled-trade career paths, training options, and selected opportunities through an AI-assisted experience.
2. Not employment, legal, or financial advice
toblue does not guarantee employment, admission to a training program, compensation, licensing, immigration status, or any particular outcome. Information about pay, training, timing, employers, and opportunities is illustrative and may change. You are responsible for independently evaluating opportunities and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and provide information that is accurate and current. You may not misuse the service, impersonate another person, upload content you do not have the right to share, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive purposes.
4. AI-assisted results
AI-generated conversations and recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They are not a substitute for human judgment. Do not rely on an AI response as the sole basis for a safety-sensitive, employment, financial, or other consequential decision. We may review and improve the service using information handled according to our Privacy Policy.
5. Early access and communications
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a specific launch date. You may receive email updates if you opt in. SMS messages require separate consent. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Third-party services and opportunities
toblue may link to or describe third-party employers, training providers, platforms, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, hiring decisions, or performance. Your interactions with third parties are between you and that third party.
7. Intellectual property
The toblue name, site, software, design, text, and other materials provided by Trissino Inc. are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to content you submit, while granting us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trissino Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so some may not apply to you.
